Hêvî TV, cares about your privacy and doesn’t keep a log about your personal information.

We create an unique ID for you when you install the application. This unique ID is being saved on our database and will only be used when you contact us.

Below you will find an overview of the logs why we keep some information and others not:

• Device model and iOS version
• Application version and build number
• Language you used in the application to ensure the message is in your language when we send you a push notification
• Your IP when you report a channel to prevent blocking of our systems in an attack circumstance

We don't log your personal actions:

• What you watch or listen
• What you record
• Favorite list of you
• Location of you

Our analytic tool keeps some of your information for improvement purposes. To understand user behaviors we create some funnels. All logs are for statistics and anonymous:

• Session length
• TV watching count and duration
• Radio listening count and duration
• Some actions like how many times 'record', 'sleep' buttons have been used to understand if it's useful or not
